I have a Work Skills Program that we can do weekly to slowly build up your Work Readiness. Also volunteering and Work Experience are two fantastic ways to learn the skills that are required in Open Employment. It gives you real life experience without the pressure of being being employed.
Support to open a bank account, set a budget, bank money each week, work towards goals, learn money and numeracy skills.
Also practical money handling skills.
Support with a health and fitness plan that takes in to account your mental health and well-being. This can include going to the gym, park fitness, beach/bush walking, meal planning, nutrition support, yoga, meditation.
